We are reinvigorating Moscato…. This one is taking off. All sherbety, citrussy and grapey fresh with a bubble that won’t stop. The sweetness factor is there, but it is well-contained and part of its lemon sherbet tang. Touch of spice, too. Good to see moscato back and doing well. Halliday rating 92.

This sparkling Moscato is a variety predominantly grown in the northern mountains of Alto Adige in Italy. A floral and musky aroma leaps from the glass followed by a lively spritz on the palate coupled with jasmine nectar, lychee characters and a delicious touch of sweetness. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with a smoked salmon blinis.
