Termination of Terms of Use
The Terms of Use are effective until terminated by Ellis Wines, and Ellis Wines may terminate this agreement and your access to the Web site at any time without notice. In the event of termination, you are no longer authorised to access the Web site, but all restrictions imposed on you, licenses granted by you and all Ellis Wines disclaimers and limitations of liability set out in the Terms of Use will survive.

Liquor Act 1982

It is an offence to sell or supply to or to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years. It is illegal to sell wine to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order with Ellis Wines you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Remember, it is an offence to obtain liquor on behalf of a person under the age of 18 years; this includes purchasing the wines as a gift. If in doubt our couriers may request some form of ID with proof of age at the time of delivery.
